Resumo:
The study tries to identify the clients satisfaction in relation to the services offered by the individual sector of Unibanco. First was presented the reasons of dividing the clients offering different kind of services. The research narrowed progressively, and presented items as marketing, segmentation, consumer behavior, determining the clients evaluation of the level of the service offered, satisfaction, consumer service and Unibanco. Third was related the results of the research in the Ipanemas Agency were concluded that Unibanco services attends the clients but need a lot of improvement.
