Resumo:
The process of strategic planning has the intention of define an action plan for medium and long-term. It considers past events and current situation to predict the future of the external and internal environment where company operates. That planning is used as the base for actions that should be taken in the present to achieve future objectives. Small companies in Brazil have a lot of difficult to make strategic planning because the uncertain environment that they operate. Besides that, often there are no people with know-how on this kind of planning. The proposal of this effort is to make a diagnostic that would serve as the base for business decisions of a small company.
