This work try to apply improvement methods for the process
productive of the digital printing section in large
formats of the
ScreenGrafs. It is necessary always improve the internal
processes. For the
company not to lose competitiveness, The ScreenGraf needs
to have an
excellence costs, always get better the services, and
follow the necessities
of the market, to have the guarantee fidelity s of the
customers. In this study
is used Six Sigma tools and Quality control.
