The object of this study was the appreciation of changes
implemented in the
operations management of Bom Piso Company, comprehending
the areas of
transportation, supply, services and information
technology. Through the
bibliographical study was possible to shape a comparison
of the presented
results, verifying its effectiveness. It could be verified
that despite the great
technological deficiencies of the Company, most of its
changes was very efficient,
increasing the level of sales, the operational scores
directly connected to the
satisfaction of customers and its edge of contribution.
Additionally, there are
proposals of technology improvements, based on theoretical
referential, that will
have to allow new profits in the future.
