The study of the reinsurance demand in the last decades it is mainly because of the reorganization and evolution fact of the national system. The insurer system was reorganizing the activities, because of the several fusing and incorporations of the insurance companies`assets. The first impact was the increasing of the national retention capacity and speeding up the insurance company capitalization. Further to the consolidation and growth of the domestic market, the active reinsurance qualification also established a direction line in external indicative factors of new international trends releasing the conditions, as solely passive partners, of the international reinsurance community. In the meantime to present the real reinsurance necessity for the national insurance market, where the insurers will not have solutions enough to operate in the next years, if it will not be the reinsures as main partner.
