Resumo:
This paper can be summarized in the accomplishment of research whose main objective age to in general know the perception of the customers of the LIVRARIA DIRIGIDA in relation to the current process of purchases and its usability. From the knowledge of these information, suggestions had been generated to improve this process and, thus, to increase the amount of vendas that they are carried through by the site currently.
