This monograph comprises the development of a Business
Plan to determine the viability of opening a Dialysis
Clinic. The main motivating factor for the development of
this study is the fact that the market has a bad-attended
demand in Brazil.
The enterprise shall perform in the market of Rio de
Janeiro, providing a dialytic treatment for those
suffering from Chronic Renal Insufficiency. It is
estimated there are currently in Brazil about 1.2 to 1.4
million sick persons and from this number, just 65,121 are
effectively treated according to the Brazilian
Society of Nephrology.
For the development of the Business Plan the following
topics have been detailed: Description of the sector and
of the company, Market analysis, Business Strategy,
Description of the Service and Financial Analysis of the
Enterprise.
