The purpose of this study is to identify the real
necessity of GlaxoSmithKlines pack material customization
instead of postpone implementation and harmonization
techniques, which brings time and cost down in the packing
chain and, therefore, a more competitive product in the
market.
Searches point of views from Marketing, Production,
Procurement, ArtWork Development and Regulatory, areas
which are directly involved in the process of
applying the above thecniques.
