With the development of capital market in Brazil, the
companies had to come back to opening its capital. Natura
was the first company in May of 2004, followed by others,
to open its capital in the São Paulo Stock Exchange, fact
not occurred since February, 2002. Considered a successful
company, the study will use Natura as referencial to the
research.
