This project intends to demonstrate as the concept of Corporative University comes being applied in the City Hall of the City of Rio de Janeiro through the João Goulart´s Foundation. Approaching the subject from its implementation, arguing the main difficulties and resistances found in the public organizational culture, until the comment of consequences of this initiative. One is about a case study that waits to evaluate the model adopted through the comparison with other companies and to perceive as the people who are involved in the process, react to this new vision on the corporative training and if the purposes planned in the beginning are being reached.
