This work aims at analyzing Lojas Renner S.A. shares from
an outside observer's standpoint. As from the the analysis
of finantial statements comprising the 2002--2004 period,
it was possible to understand the company's finantial
condition. Future finantial statements were projected in
this perspective, from premises and scenarions set up by
research, having been brought to current values by the
calculated cost of capital. Thus, one can reach a price
per share which can guide judgement of agents who may have
to deal with the fair price imposed by Boverspa's daily
oscillation.
