|
The purpose of this work is the opening a business
specialized on selling arab sandwiches in Rio de Janeiro´s
Downtown. The work has as main objective the management,
implementation, and to show the viability of a buisiness
from the gastronomic setor. The work also observes main
apects of a business plan, with the purpose of clarifing
the following aspects: management models and main
operacional process.
