This work, through a survey on client satisfaction of a
construction material company intends to pick out the
attributes that clients consider as factors that
interfere in the perception of satisfaction relative to
the products and services of Serraria Jacaré Ltda., aiming
towards the improvement of service performance
allowing for greater client satisfaction. The
accomplishment of this work required a bibliographical
research on service quality and client satisfaction, a
qualitative research based on interviews and a survey as a
means to client satisfaction. Last of all, an analysis of
the achieved results and recommendations for the referred
company - Serraria Jacaré - was done.
