|
A business plan for a new business enterprise is the main
objective of this study.
It will identify the main points to be considered for the
development of efficient a strategic plan so that it gets
success in its market and reach the proposed goals.
The present study will be applied to a real business whose
activities have just been started, and is currently in the
period of training of implementation of its strategies.
The main conclusions are that a study of real case and
will serve of example for enterprising futures that will
be able to learn with the errors and rightness of this
case.
