Abstract:
The data set contains readings of EEG signals colected in a procedure of presenting visual cues for motor imagery followed by presenting no cues. During the cues, the individual was supposed to think about doing the movement which the cue indicated, which could be referring to the left hand or both feet. Each line in the set contains 9 values, where the 8 first are the EEG signal readings corresponding to the F3, Fz, F4, C3, Cz, C4, P3 and P4 electrodes (following the 10-20 electrode placing system) in order, in microvolts, in a moment in time. The last value represents the cue being given, where 0 represents no cue, -1 represents cue for movement of the left hand and 1 represents cue for movement of the feet. The signals were band-pass filtered between 0.05 and 200 Hz and sampled at 100 Hz.
