This Analysis of the discourse that privileges experience
and emotion in its
concerns about the design project process presents some
propositions from the
branding, experience design and design & emotion contexts
that exemplifies this
discourse. The propositions were selected from texts from
theorists and
professionals of mainstream design and marketing. The
dissertation aims to
examine some aspects of this discourse, especially the way
it suggests to consider
the subject in the design project process as well as some
of its implications.
