The present work contains a proposal to sistematize the
changings of the concept
of State in the Law Science, and it has been divided into
three parts, having the
titles: retrospective, perspective, and prospective. The
first one is dedicated
to the essay of the concepts souvereignty and nation, in
the past times. The second
one is aimed to the studies of the changings of the State
in the present times,
under the influences of social, economic and politc
factors. The third one is
proposed to the examination of the perspectives of the
State in the future,
following the tendencies of Constitutional Law, at the
beginning of the 21st
century.
