Graphics resources are becoming more common and necessary
on computer systems of any size. This work describes a
graphic processor developed for stand-alone use or
integrated to the CYGNUS system, a DEE, PUC/RJ, project of
a supermicro. The hadware is based on VLSI circuits and on
Motorola´s MC68010 microprocessor. The objective is an
efficient, varsatile and compact module.
