Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are unique and exclusive digital assets, which have the
potencial for various utilities that go far beyond the for which these goods are
associated. However, current legislation does not recognize the transfer of these
assets after the death of the owner. Therefore, the dissertation seeks to analyze the
sucession planning of these assets and the possibility of using the donation contract
as a way of planning the succession of this digital asset.
