Resumo:
The difficulties of integration between the sectors legal and financial in the organizations: the case of the electro intensive companies; involves Quarrels concerning the necessity of promoting a bigger integration between different sectors of a company are a continuous challenge for the enterprise management. This study has, as main objective, to identify the aspects that affect the construction of an integrated action between the subcultures legal and financial, in the electro intensives organizations. To reach such result, a revision of literature on culture, subculture, organizational behavior and integration between groups was made. It was identified, in the set of these companies, the ones that would be interesting to be studied. Then, many interviews were made with executives of these departments in those different organizations. The answers were interpreted through the content analysis. This analysis was made following the bibliographical revision, inside the cultural dimension, and was based on the integration subject. The results point the following factors that make the integrated action between these two departments difficult: non defined objectives; lack of planning; particular objectives instead of organizational objective; lack of global vision; use of old fashioned rules / change barriers; non defined attributions and powers; communication difficulties; lack of individual and team training; lack of control (external); deficient internal management; non structured processes; centralization; isolation of departments; bureaucracy / extreme formality; unfamiliarity with the business; do not accept the personal and organization deficiencies; internal fight / power dispute; lack of commitment; lack of motivation; distrust; lack of intermeshing and lack of ethics.
