Resumo:
The present study aims to analyse the so-called consigned credit – a credit agreement in which both sides set down the decrease of debts through automatic borrower’s payroll deduction. The continuous growth of this type of credit, the lack of doctrinal studies on this subject and the regulatory sources conflicting fabric reveal this dissertation extremely recent feature. At this point, the structure and function of the consigned credit agreement and other legal transactions with which it is relevant were investigated from the constitutional civil law point of view, as well as the payroll deduction singular effects in this contractual modality.
