Resumo: | |||||||||||||
Expressing love is also a language through which we communicate to others
and ourselves that which we are feeling. Oriented by the theoretical sociology
projects of Marcel Mauss and Gabriel Tarde, this thesis evinces the languages of
the grammar of love among young middle class women in the city of Rio de Janeiro,
considering such particular aspects to youth culture, as social representations that
circulate in media. Resorting Moscovici and his theory of social representations,
the emotional discourse is achieved by the interpretative analysis of content and
practices of ethnographic inspiration to indicate, through individual narratives, the
signs of stability and those of possible ruptures in the languages that they
appropriate at the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century. The evidence
of Gilberto Velho, Claudia Barcelos Rezende and Maria Cláudia Coelho and the
micropolitics of emotions are also extremely relevant, contributing to reveal the
languages presented at the conclusion of the research, including sentimental
expressiveness, the deromanticization of relationships and mediated affectivity.
