Resumo:
This dissertative study was developed with the objective of presenting some propositions for organizational humanization from the integration between spirituality and work in the corporate scenario in contemporaneity. Therefore, the delimited theme emerges with the expression spirituality at work, which directed the investigative conduct. The hosting of the study took place in the context of administrative entities that, considering the scientific approaches of this research, offers favorable scenarios to perform the proposed study. The research had as a starting point a situation-problem to understand the possible ways to integrate practices of spirituality with work activities in companies, so that it is possible to make the organizational climate more humanized, spiritualized and respectful. The methodology developed to achieve the objective of the research was, as to the ends, a descriptive research and as to the means a bibliographic research. In addition to the theoretical discussion, a field research was developed, considering a sample of four hundred and sixty participants, for the infinite population. The data was collect by means of an electronic questionnaire. The target audience was composed of men and women who practiced spirituality somehow and who performed some form of formal work. The results indicate urgent needs for dialogue between faith communities and companies, in the sense that the human being spirituality is valued in the exercise of work.
