Resumo:
This thesis discusses the question of territory as one of the major issues today, investigates how the limit experience and its erasure are shown in contemporary fiction, and analyzes narratives in such different fields of knowledge and art as film, literature and criticism. In an attempt to set up a dialogue between literature and other forms of expression, Bernardo Carvalho's novels Teatro (1998) and Nove noites (2002) and Beto Brant's movie O invasor (2001) are discussed.
