Resumo:
The dissertation investigates the appropriation of the image of the writer Clarice Lispector on the internet. Clarice Lispector has been consecrated by the academic universe and literary review - namely, agents who construct the rules of art - as a canonical member of the Brazilian artistic field (BOURDIEU, 1986). Currently, the representation of the writer - fragments of her novels and her image - are widely disseminated throughout the social networks on the Internet, becoming objects of desire of a larger and more heterogeneous public. The purpose of this academic work is to reflect on some instances of legitimation of Clarice Lispector on the Internet: a) The website of Instituto Moreira Salles which has rare documents, biographical materials and mapping of texts from and about the writer, based on academic research of prestigious scholars of the literary field. The website, which is being built as one of the main repositories on Clarice Lispector s literary production, which is less visited because it is oriented towards more academic research. b) Facebook pages about Clarice made by her fans. Pages with the highest number of views will be analyzed. Taking as corpus of research the sphere of decentralized and personalized technologies, the investigation takes into consideration the inexistence of formal codes of conduct. The study seeks to understand the dynamics of consumer-readers who are part of an audience, previously at the margins of the creative process, who were only spectators, and who at the same time became key participants in the production of content by re-creating and reframing content taken from Clarice Lispector s novels. Therefore, the research collected posts dedicated to Clarice Lispector in pages with more than 50.000 followers in the social network Facebook, seeking a comparative analysis with the material empirically observed in the institutional website about the Brazilian writer developed by Instituto Moreira Salles (IMS). A series of interviews were held to obtain accurate information about the workflows in the production of Clarice Lispector micronarratives, driven by amateur fans and literary scholars. In General, the research sought to understand the role of these two active forces, which integrate the heterogeneous composition of the phenomenon of Clarice Lispector in social networks.
