The Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro has been undergoing major transformations, with emphasis on some municipalities have begun to undergo a movement of capitalist accumulation / expansion capable of promoting changes even in the imagination his inhabitants. Thus, we consider that these changes are responsible for spatial transformations in the county of Seropédica, causing phenomena that are expressed as real manifestations of the capital search for new spaces, known as logistic condominiums. We aim to analyze, from the metropolization process, the logics promoting the rooting of this logistical capital that expresses new configurations in the accumulation through that is directed to the tertiary activities, particularly the outsourcing practices. The county of Seropédica is a strategic location to the logistic condominiums in front of the road junction where it is located, integrating the large frontier of Metropolitan Roadway Arc expansion, spatial advantage conducive to mobility required for these capitals.
