This paper aims to discuss the Children and Adolescents Rights Assurance System network functioning in the city of Volta Redonda/RJ. To achieve the objective a qualitative research was conducted through interviews with representatives of varied instances that are part of the local Rights Assurance System. The information obtained was submitted to content analysis, in its thematic modality. The results indicate an articulated work incipient implementation process, yet lacking agreement spaces and collective integration of all system composing instances.
