Resumo:
The core of LMFBR type fast reactors, is composed by hexagonal pin bundles arranged in triangular arrays with helicoidal spacers. In this work, a hidraulic analysis has been carried on for the edge an the corner subchannel flows. Pressure drop, flow and temperature measurement purpose. Thus, the friction and the flow split factors, as function of reynolds number, have been computed for the above flows. The following geometrical parametres were considered: 10,04 mm and 8,01 mm bar diameters, 160 mm and 80 mm axial lead lengths and Reynolds number range from 100 to 30.000.
