Creating pleasant and successfull interfaces for the Internet based on line
education programs for deaf people is a relevant problem in all levels of
researching and applying into practice in Design. In this dissertation we consider
that the professionals of this area must have know-how and must consider the
intrinsic questions of the specialties of the culture and identity of the deaf people,
having focus in cognitional aspects, emotion and feelings of those people, as a
basic platform to create and applying successfull interfaces for the Internet based
on line education programs for deaf people.
