The goal of this dissertation is to understand the process
of deployment of
the PNAS / SUAS, in the municipality of Belford Roxo,
trying to analyze the
construction of the network socioassistencial place from
the Centres of Reference
of Social Welfare (CRAS). This analysis was articulated
around the categories
matricialidade sociofamiliar and territory as nodes
constituting the National Policy
on Social Assistance. This is an exploratory study that
develops an analysis of a
recent process of implementing a policy which is through a
continuous
coordination between the national and local levels.
