Resumo:
This thesis aims to examine the knowledge, skills and interactions used by teachers in the context of a different school prisional.Consider that the area of the work presents both for the specific conditions for the exercise of activity, as the object of work, the private citizen of freedom . The analysis developed in this study are based on empirical material produced with ten teachers in the elementary school and high school II of the School Henrique de Sousa Filho, Henfil, located in the Penitentiary Complex of Bangu, in Penitentiary Vicente Piragibe, and the studies of Maurice Tardif, Claude Lessard, Jacques Therrien and Phillippe Perrenoud learn about the experience, the interactions at school and work teaching. We work with some principles of Ergonomics and Ergologia, which have the object of the analysis work situations, using as instruments of collect of giving individual interviews, comments and registers in a daily one of field. We look for, among others questions, to perceive that types of movements are made by the professors, the activities who carry through ahead of the imprevisibilidades of the way, in a situated school in prision. The results show that while practice teaching is given in unhealthy environment and inconsistent, among a group of students, at times, emotionally committed, teachers exercise their function with satisfaction, even pointing the shortcomings of initial training, the absence of public policies designed to prison education and the impact of the rules of prison on the person and work of teacher. It was a personal investment of professional education in schools which operates prisons as a way of reducing the gap between prescription and activity.
