This dissertation aims to discuss the importance of
concomitant
actions between the regulation of human rights and the
eventual acess
to what has been regulated, mainly the ones about
healthcare and
social assistance, having as study case an ong
which works with health care and social care complementing
the actions
of a public hospital in Rio de Janeiro. Our analysis
focused on the
possibilities of complementary actions between the private
and the
public systems in these areas, having in mind that such
proximity
between the guarantee and the acess to social rights may
strengh the
Brazilian Social protection system.
