This work show an applicattion of the genetic algorithm to
resolve the
inverse problem of accident reconstitution and to analise
colisions between
vehicles of deformable structure. It is determined how,
with imposing of
restrictions, final positions and deformations found at
vehicles after collision, the
optimization algorithmcan give the set of variables and
parameters that probably
conduct the vehicles to true initial condition. All the
developed procedures were
implemented at Simulink/Matlab.The optimization technique
chose to resolve the
inverse problem was the genetic algorithm because it is
the most popular to solve
complex problems that have a very large number of
variables and a elevate
dimension space solutions.
