This paper aims to expose people with disabilities in the labor market. As these are complex issues, it is necessary to address both the issue of the struggles of the disabled to be recognized as people capable of working at work, as well as the legislative issues of labor law, with the purpose of supervising, helping to stimulate to employers and public bodies to offer places for people with physical disabilities. Thus, it is also important to emphasize the principle of human dignity and human rights in the struggle for recognition of both the civil and labor capacity of these people. The present work used means of bibliographical research, doctrines and laws using the deductive methodology, to analyze the biggest problems faced by the person with a disability, being the accessibility in offering people with disabilities or with reduced mobility to use spaces public or collective with autonomous, total or assisted security, making it essential for them to be actually included in society, as there is no way for these people to practice their inclusion if there is no accessibility, leaving aside their right. And finally, the study of the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market, not only aiming at the inclusion itself, but the entire historical process of people with disabilities and their adaptation to society that directly and fundamentally influence the labor market, where this process starts early on. People with disabilities need specific external stimuli and the inclusion process must start with the family itself, which plays a fundamental role in social inclusion, breaking down prejudice.
