[pt] A pesquisa busca analisar o papel específico dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos no processo de implementação da agenda antigênero no Brasil, bem como as retaliações sofridas por esses e outros direitos de gênero e sexualidade no contexto da ascensão da Direita Radical. A pergunta que norteia a pesquisa é: como os discursos da Direita Radical brasileira mobilizaram os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos como estratégia de consolidação de uma agenda antigênero e de que forma essa mobilização contribuiu para o avanço dessa agenda? A partir disso, o estudo tem o objetivo de mapear e analisar o enquadramento e a mobilização dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos pelo projeto político da Direita Radical no Brasil, com foco no governo Bolsonaro (2019–2022). Argumenta-se, assim, que o governo Bolsonaro articulou uma retórica discursiva baseada na ideologia de gênero, associando-a a discursos morais e religiosos que reforçam valores patriarcais e excludentes. Essa estratégia funcionou como uma reação conservadora articulada desde as conquistas dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos no plano internacional e doméstico, consolidando uma política antigênero que restringe e criminaliza direitos e pautas feministas e LGBTQIAPN+. A pesquisa adotará a análise de discurso, partindo do pressuposto de que o discurso reflete disputas de poder e é, em si, um instrumento de produção de realidades e de significados. Serão examinados pronunciamentos públicos e documentos governamentais vinculados ao governo Bolsonaro (2019–2022). Ao desvendar as estratégias de mobilização antigênero, a pesquisa busca fortalecer a defesa dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos como direitos humanos fundamentais.

[en] This research aims to analyze the specific role of sexual and reproductive rights in the implementation of the anti-gender agenda in Brazil, as well as the retaliations suffered by these and other gender and sexuality rights in the context of the rise of the Radical Right. The guiding question of the research is: how did the discourses of the Brazilian Radical Right mobilize sexual and reproductive rights as a strategy for consolidating an anti-gender agenda, and how did this mobilization contribute to the advancement of this agenda? Based on this, the study aims to map and analyze the framing and mobilization of sexual and reproductive rights by the political project of the Radical Right in Brazil, focusing on the Bolsonaro government (2019-2022). It argues, therefore, that the Bolsonaro government articulated a discursive rhetoric based on gender ideology, associating it with moral and religious discourses that reinforce patriarchal and exclusionary values. This strategy functioned as a conservative reaction articulated since the achievements of sexual and reproductive rights at the international and domestic levels, consolidating an anti-gender policy that restricts and criminalizes feminist and LGBTQIAPN+ rights and agendas. The research will adopt discourse analysis, starting from the premise that discourse reflects power struggles and is, in itself, an instrument for the production of realities and meanings. Public pronouncements and government documents linked to the Bolsonaro government (2019-2022) will be examined. By uncovering the strategies of anti-gender mobilization, the research seeks to strengthen the defense of sexual and reproductive rights as fundamental human rights.
