[pt] O trabalho tem como finalidade explicar o que são os wearables (dispositivos vestíveis), como funciona o processo de hibridismo e o transhumanismo a partir da chamada Internet das Coisas, e mostrar a relação de impacto e comprometimento das liberdades e autonomia gerado na vida humana por um dispositivo inteligente não-humano autônomo. Após a conceituação dos termos nos capítulos 2 e 3 e já abordando de forma macro o problema, o presente aborda a questão do hibridismo, humano e não-humano e transhumanismo por um viés crítico e, posteriormente normativo, começando a explicar as problemática pela importância do pensamento de McLuhan, que na década de 1960 trouxe de forma inovadora a ideia de que o meio é a mensagem, trazendo a tona como as tecnologias da época e coisas cotidianas, como o vestuário poderiam ser entendidas como uma extensão do ser humano e o início do processo de hibridismo. Outro ponto extremamente importante é como o pensamento de Giselle Beiguelman também influenciou no que hoje se sabe sobre hibridismo, cibridismo e o processo rumo ao transhumanismo, já que para ela o seres humanos são corpos informacionais que não só transportam dados, mas que também são vistos como campo de escaneamento e digitalização de informações. Neste trabalho, a evolução desses dispositivos será analisada bem como seus reais impactos na vida do usuário, mostrando como esses aparatos tecnológicos podem violar a privacidade do usuário através de seus dados sem que os mesmos se deem conta da gravidade do problema, de forma a ferir a Dignidade da Pessoa Humana e seus direitos fundamentais.

[en] The purpose of this work is to explain what wearables are, how the process of hybridity and transhumanism works from the so-called Internet of Things (IoT) and to show the relationship of impact and commitment of freedoms and autonomy generated in human life by an autonomous non-human smart device. After the conceptualization of the terms in chapters 2 and 3 and already approaching the problem in a macro way, this research addresses the issue of hybridity, human and non-human and transhumanism from a critical bias and after from a normative perspective, starting to explain the problems by the importance McLuhan s thought, which in the 1960s brought from an innovative way the idea that the medium is the message, bringing to the light how the technologies of the time and everyday things such as clothing could be understood as an extension of the human being and the beginning of the hybridization process. Another extremely important point is how Giselle Beiguelman s thinking also influenced what is now know about hybridism, cybridism and the process towards transhumanism, since for her, human beings are informational bodies that not only transport data, but are also seen as a field for scanning and digitizing information. In this research, the evolution of these devices will be analyzed as well as their real impacts on the user s life, showing how these technological devices can violate the user s privacy through their data without them realizing the seriousness of the problem, in order to harm the dignity of the human person and their fundamental rights.
