[pt] O presente estudo visa analisar e entender o processo de
internacionalização da ONG Pipa Social e como seu processo de
internacionalização pode ajudá-la a diversificar seu mercado e aumentar suas
vendas. Pertencente ao terceiro setor, a ONG Pipa social desenvolve um
brilhante trabalho social com mulheres de comunidades de baixa renda no Rio
de Janeiro. Por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa com caráter exploratório
utilizando como técnica a entrevista em profundidade, foi possível elaborar um
estudo de caso que narra a história e processo de internacionalização da ONG
em questão. A ONG adotou como estratégia de internacionalização a exportação
direta, onde almeja diversificar seu mercado e aumentar suas vendas.
Resumo
[en] The present study has as objective to analyze and understand the
internationalization
process of the NGO Pipa Social and how its
internationalization process can help to diversify its market and increase its sales.
Belonging to the Nonprofit sector, the NGO Pipa social develops an amazing
work with women from low-income communities in Rio de Janeiro. Through a
qualitative research with exploratory purpose, using as technique an in-depth
interview, it was possible to elaborate a case study that narrates the history and
the process of internationalization the NGO Pipa social. The NGO adopted as an
internationalization strategy a direct export, where it aims to diversify its market
and increase its sales.
