[pt] O artigo analisa o desenvolvimento da fé cristológica desde o testemunho apostólico e o Kerygma até a formulação do Símbolo de Niceia, destacando a contribuição singular de Orígenes no início do século III. O estudo mostra como a reflexão teológica patrística, em diálogo com a filosofia grega, consolidou a afirmação da plena divindade e humanidade de Cristo, fundamento inegociável da fé da Igreja. Ao mesmo tempo, evidencia os desafios históricos, como as controvérsias gnósticas e arianas, e o papel decisivo do Concílio de Niceia na definição da ortodoxia cristã. Finalmente, o texto aponta a atualidade da teologia de Orígenes frente às leituras reducionistas e relativistas contemporâneas, reafirmando a centralidade de Jesus Cristo como Hijo de Dios y Salvador, horizonte indispensável para o diálogo ecumênico e inter-religioso.

[en] The article analyzes the development of Christological faith from the apostolic witness and the Kerygma to the formulation of the Nicene Creed, highlighting the unique contribution of Origen at the beginning of the third century. The study shows how patristic theological reflection, in dialogue with Greek philosophy, consolidated the affirmation of the full divinity and humanity of Christ, the non-negotiable foundation of the Church s faith. At the same time, it highlights historical challenges, such as Gnostic and Arian controversies, and the decisive role of the Council of Nicaea in defining Christian orthodoxy. Finally, the text points to the relevance of Origen s theology in the face of contemporary reductionist and relativist readings, reaffirming the centrality of Jesus Christ as Son of God and Savior, an indispensable horizon for ecumenical and interreligious dialogue.

[es] Este artículo examina el desarrollo de la fe cristológica desde el testimonio apostólico y el kerygma hasta la formulación del Credo de Nicea, destacando la contribución singular de Orígenes a comienzos del siglo III. Se muestra cómo la reflexión patrística, en diálogo con la filosofía griega, consolidó la afirmación de la plena divinidad y humanidad de Cristo, fundamento innegociable de la fe cristiana. Asimismo, se abordan los desafíos históricos - como las controversias gnósticas y arrianas - y el papel decisivo del Concilio de Nicea en la consolidación de la ortodoxia. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la actualidad de la teología de Orígenes frente a las lecturas reduccionistas y relativistas contemporáneas, reafirmando la centralidad de Jesucristo como Hijo de Dios y Salvador, horizonte indispensable para el diálogo ecuménico e interreligioso.
