[pt] País bate recorde de feminicídio e registra um estupro a cada seis minutos, indica Anuário de Segurança, diz reportagem divulgada em julho de 2024. Na grande maioria desses casos, os crimes são cometidos por seus parceiros íntimos, sejam companheiros ou ex-companheiros. Diante do crescimento alarmante dos casos de feminicídio, esta dissertação propõe uma investigação a partir da psicanálise, com Freud e Lacan, de modo a construir um percurso teórico que nos aproxime da reflexão sobre o que incide na violência dirigida às mulheres. O que persiste para que estejamos enfrentando um crescente de assassinatos de mulheres por parte de seus parceiros íntimos? O ponto central de nossa pesquisa se dedica a explorar os conceitos de passagem ao ato e objeto a visando investigar se algo do feminino ocupa o lugar de alvo privilegiado destes atos violentos. O aprofundamento neste tema nos levou a refletir sobre o atual cenário de um patriarcado abalado e seus reflexos no modo de se localizar a partir do masculino. Diante disso, nos questionamos: haveria algo da identificação masculina que favoreça o recurso à violência como saída privilegiada frente à angústia? Para tal, nos baseamos em estudos de psicanalistas contemporâneos, entrelaçando leituras de outros campos do saber visando ampliar nosso olhar para a violência que as mulheres são alvo.

[en] Brazil breaks femicide record and reports a rape every six minutes, states a news report published in July 2024. In the vast majority of these cases, the crimes are committed by intimate partners, whether current or former. In light of the alarming increase in femicide cases, this dissertation proposes an investigation based on psychoanalysis, drawing from Freud and Lacan, in order to construct a theoretical path that brings us closer to understanding what underlies violence against women. What persists that leads us to face a growing number of women being murdered by their intimate partners? The central focus of this research is to explore the concepts of passage to the act and object a, aiming to investigate whether something of the feminine occupies the position of a privileged target in these violent acts. Delving into this theme led us to reflect on the current state of a shaken patriarchy and its effects on how masculinity is positioned. In this context, we ask: is there something within masculine identification that favors recourse to violence as a privileged response to anguish? To conclude, we draw upon studies by contemporary psychoanalysts, intertwining readings from other fields of knowledge to address the violence to which women are subjected.
