[en] The objective of this essay is to describe this project, explaining how the training demand and the
learners` needs were identified, how an ODL programme for auditors was designed, and how the pilot
course specifications were defined. In addition to representing a historical document for the electrical
sector, this essay may also serve as a consulting source for any company interested in distance
training.
