[pt] As Faculdades de Direito possuem papel central na (re)produção da colonialidade jurídica, e por consequência, na estruturação e manutenção da engenharia de violência racial que se perfaz, também, através do Sistema de Justiça Criminal. Nesse sentido, observar as fissuras produzidas a esse espaço comprometido com a rearticulação de lógicas supremacistas brancas, pode fornecer outros repertórios para se interpelar o direito e seus institutos. Entende-se, nesses termos, que a extensão é um dos espaços nos quais é possível refletir e mobilizar sobre o direito para além das perspectivas tradicionalmente validadas nas instituições acadêmicas. Longe de concebê-la como um campo imune à produção de violências epistêmicas, objetificação, fetichização e outras violências comuns à lógica branca de ser e estar no mundo, a extensão se configura como um terreno em disputa, em constante refazimento. Nesse giro, este escrito tem como objetivo observar aportes para se refletir criticamente acerca da formação jurídica, forjados em meio a prática extensionista que se posiciona nas interações entre as Faculdades de Direito e o cárcere, compreendendo-o enquanto um dos dispositivos do genocídio negro. A investigação busca compreender a relação de mutualidade e cumplicidade entre as Faculdades de Direito e o Sistema de Justiça Criminal, mobilizando categorias teóricas como epistemicídio, genocídio, pacto narcísico da branquitude e colonialidade jurídica. Voltando-se para a extensão jurídica universitária, a pesquisa apresenta algumas disputas sobre sua implementação nas Faculdades de Direito, interpelando esse campo a partir de referenciais teóricos do campo do Direito e das Relações Raciais. Para costurar as análises, é proposta uma reflexão sobre e a partir da extensão jurídica, mobilizando aportes teórico-metodológicos do Direito em Pretuguês, com vistas ao adensamento da crítica à formação jurídica. O referencial teórico mobilizado a partir de levantamento bibliográfico é articulado com reflexões desenvolvidas no âmbito do projeto Encarceramento em massa de mulheres negras: a prática extensionista na promoção do acesso à justiça (PUCRio). Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com discentes e docente do projeto, assim como, foi empreendida a análise documental do relatório de atividades e outros documentos da extensão. Busca-se, assim, trabalhar contribuições extensionistas, em pretuguês, à crítica à formação jurídica. Por fim, é proposto um diálogo mais amplo, conjugando aportes críticos à formação jurídica forjados por três outras experiências extensionistas que atuam no enfrentamento ao cárcere no Rio de Janeiro: NAJUP Luiza Mahin (UFRJ), Diálogos do Cárcere (UERJ) e CRADAC (UFF), a partir da realização de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com discentes e docentes de tais grupos.

[en] Law schools play a central role in the (re)production of legal coloniality and, consequently, in structuring and maintaining the engineering of racial violence that also takes place through the criminal justice system. In this sense, observing the fissures produced in this space, which is committed to the rearticulation of white supremacist logics, can provide other repertoires for questioning the law and its institutes. In these terms, it is understood that extension is one of the spaces in which it is possible to reflect and mobilise on the law beyond the perspectives traditionally validated in academic institutions. Far from conceiving of it as a field immune to the production of epistemic violence, objectification, fetishisation and other violence common to the white logic of being and being in the world, extension is configured as a terrain in dispute, in constant remaking. With this in mind, the aim of this article is to look at ways of critically reflecting on legal education, forged in the midst of extension practice that is positioned in the interactions between law schools and prisons, understanding it as one of the devices of black genocide. The research seeks to understand the relationship of mutuality and complicity between law schools and the criminal justice system, mobilising theoretical categories such as epistemicide, genocide, the narcissistic pact of whiteness and legal coloniality. Turning to university legal extension, the research presents some disputes over its implementation in law schools, questioning this field from theoretical references in the fields of law and race relations. To stitch the analyses together, it proposes a reflection on and from legal outreach, mobilising theoretical and methodological contributions from Law in Pretuguês, with a view to deepening the critique of legal training. The theoretical framework mobilised from a bibliographical survey is articulated with reflections developed in the context of the project Mass incarceration of black women: extension practice in promoting access to justice (PUC-Rio). To this end, semi-structured interviews were carried out with students and teachers from the project, as well as a documentary analysis of the activity report and other extension documents. The aim is to analyse the contributions of the extension, in Pretuguês, to the critique of legal education. Finally, a broader dialogue is proposed, combining critical contributions to legal education forged by three other extension experiences that work to confront imprisonment in Rio de Janeiro: NAJUP Luiza Mahin (UFRJ), Diálogos do Cárcere (UERJ) and CRADAC (UFF), based on semi-structured interviews with students and teachers from these groups.
