[en] Throughout the development of ODL Course of Financial Auditors, four stages can be identified: 1)
Knowing the auditors as potential learners; 2) Designing an ODL course for those auditors; 3)
identifying the needs for learner support and the means by which they can be met; and 4) Assuring the
quality of the ODL course. This paper discusses the fourth stage - quality.
