[pt] No meio da atenção e importância recentemente crescentes que a poesia está a ganhar nos Studia Kantiana, há uma influência oculta sobre Kant que esta tese revela: a presença de Alexander Pope ao longo da vida de Kant e a influência do seu Ensaio sobre o Homem na filosofia de Kant. A afirmação de que o plano filosófico autopromovido de Kant tem o design de Pope e que o poema Essay on Man é o Leitmotiv oculto de Kant ao desdobrá-lo é endossada com referências diretas ao texto e a confirmação das ideias centrais do poema como não apenas presentes, mas totalmente integradas na filosofia de Kant. . Após o reforço do projeto filosófico autoproclamado de Kant para melhorar a si mesmo e à humanidade, o que provamos ocorrer através da limitação do orgulho devido ao respeito, a tese afirma o status ontológico do amor com base em uma leitura popiana da obra de Kant como uma obra progressiva, contínua e interconectada. todo baseado em um plano para combater o orgulho humano epistemicamente, moralmente e esteticamente, quase como se a obra de Kant fosse um processo alquímico de purificação das forças vívidas que somos, a fim de manifestar nossa liberdade interior. A tese revela o seu impacto antropológico: um Übergang do eu para o todo – para confirmar a Grande Perfeição da vida e valorizar a experiência neste pálido ponto azul, especialmente no Antropoceno. No trecentésimo aniversário de Kant a tese comprova o seu valor atemporal como farol para a humanidade que nos avisa que a verdadeira iluminação é mais necessária do que nunca.

[en] Amidst the recently growing attention and importance that poetry is gaining in the Studia Kantiana there is a hidden influence on Kant that this thesis unveils: Alexander Pope s presence throughout Kants life and the influence of his Essay on Man on Kant s philosophy. The claim that Kant s self-promoted philosophical plan has Pope s design and that the poem Essay on Man is Kant s hidden Leitmotiv in unfolding it is endorsed with direct text references and the confirmation of the poems core ideas as not only present but utterly integrated in Kant s philosophy. After the design s reinforcement of Kant s self-proclaimed philosophical project to better oneself and humanity, which we prove to occur through limiting pride due to respect, the thesis affirms love s ontological status based on a popean reading of Kant s oeuvre as a progressive, continuum and interconnected whole based on a plan to combat human s pride epistemically, morally and aesthetically almost as if Kant s work is an alchemical process of purification of the vivid forces that we are in order to manifest our liberty within. The thesis reveals its anthropological impact: an Übergang from the self to the whole – to confirm the Great Perfection of life and to value experience on this pale blue dot, especially in the Anthropocene. On Kant s 300th anniversary the thesis proves his atemporal value as a lighthouse for humanity that advises us that the true enlightenment is more needed than ever.
