[pt] A presente tese tem como tema a leitura do direito social ao lazer a partir da categoria político-cultural da amefricanidade, desenvolvida por Lélia Gonzalez, a fim de investigar o recorte racial da ideia de lazer e as experiências de negros e negras na produção do lazer na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A questão que se apresenta é como as dinâmicas de racialização orientam/estruturam a teoria do lazer e as políticas de lazer, somada à questão de como se desenham as resistências de negros e negras no campo do lazer. Articulando os conceitos de biopoder e de necropoder com o conceito de amefricanidade como resistência visceral ao extermínio, investiga-se o lazer como componente da política de morte desenhada a partir da raça e via de resistência e recriação por negros e negras. O trabalho se organiza em duas partes, a primeira, em que se enfrenta os pressupostos teóricos dos estudos do lazer e da ideia de lazer moderno apresentada por eles de modo a investigar a construção racial desse conceito, apresentando o lazer moderno como parte de uma proposta de docilização dos corpos para a produção capitalista e higienização da sociedade, tendo como parâmetro a branquitude. A segunda parte apresenta os resultados da pesquisa de campo, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com dez pessoas negras que atuam com produção cultural na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, a fim de investigar como se desenha a produção do lazer pelos sujeitos amefricanos, suas agências e desafios a partir da arte negra. A metodologia utilizada foi a do storytelling, centrada nas narrativas como modo de informar o Direito. A análise é atravessada pelas histórias pessoais e profissionais dos entrevistados e entrevistadas, perpassando atividades como o jongo, o slam, o passinho, o teatro e a produção audiovisual. Busca-se, com isso, apresentar uma proposta de repactuação político- epistêmica do direito ao lazer centrada na produção dos sujeitos amefricanos.

[en] This thesis has as its theme the reading of the social right to leisure from the political-cultural category of Amefricanity, developed by Lélia Gonzalez, in order to investigate the racial aspect of the idea of leisure and the experiences of black people in the production of leisure in Rio de Janeiro city. The question that arises is how racialization dynamics guide/structure the theory of leisure and leisure policies, added to the question of how the resistance of black people in the field of leisure is designed. Articulating the concepts of biopower and necropower with the concept of Amefricanity as visceral resistance to extermination, we investigate leisure as a component of the death policy drawn from race and the route of resistance and recreation by black people. The work is organized in two parts, the first, in which the theoretical assumptions of leisure studies and the idea of modern leisure presented by them are faced in order to investigate the racial construction of this concept, presenting modern leisure as part of a proposal from docile bodies to capitalist production and sanitize society, using whiteness as a parameter. The second part presents the results of field research, carried out through semistructured interviews with ten black people who work with cultural production in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in order to investigate how leisure production is designed by amefrican subjects, their agencies and challenges from black art. The methodology used was that of storytelling, centered on narratives as a way of informing the Law. The analysis is crossed by the personal and professional stories of the interviewees, covering activities such as jongo, slam, passinho, theater and audiovisual production. Thus, the aim is to present a proposal for a political-epistemic renegotiation of the right to leisure centered on the production of American subjects.
