[pt] Este artigo aborda a situação dos imigrantes no município de Florianópolis a partir de uma entrevista realizada com uma Assistente Social da prefeitura do município no ano de 2022. Através da narrativa da profissional é possível identificar as temáticas já bastante discutidas na literatura sobre saúde, migrações e proteção social como as dificuldades relacionadas ao domínio da língua, as intersecções de preconceitos enfrentados pelas pessoas imigrantes durante a pandemia e após ela. A pesquisa foi realizada através de entrevistas e análise de narrativas. As conclusões apontam a necessidade de se pensar em políticas que promovam
a acessibilidade desta população aos serviços.
Resumo
[en] This article addresses the situation of immigrants in the city of Florianopolisbased on an interview carried out with a Social Worker from the city hall in 2022.Through the professional s narrative it is possible to identify themes already widelydiscussed in the literature on health, migration and social protection such asdifficulties related to language proficiency, the intersections of prejudices faced byimmigrants during the pandemic and after. The research was carried out throughinterviews and narrative analysis. The conclusions point to the need to think aboutpolicies that promote accessibility to services for this population.
