[pt] O acesso dos imigrantes ao sistema de saúde brasileiro é assegurado pela Constituição Federal. No entanto, observam-se barreiras que dificultam este acolhimento. Este trabalho objetiva analisar a inclusão dos imigrantes venezuelanos e haitianos na saúde brasileira a partir de uma Revisão Integrativa de 28 artigos científicos. Evidenciaramse barreiras relacionadas à ausência de políticas específicas aos imigrantes e de investimentos financeiros para qualificar os serviços, bem como dificuldades
linguísticas e culturais que limitam o acolhimento dos imigrantes. A universalidade do acesso não garante a inclusão dos imigrantes no SUS.
Resumo
[en] The Federal Constitution guarantees immigrants access to the Brazilian healthcare
system. However, there are some barriers that make this reception difficult. This work
analyzes the inclusion of Venezuelan and Haitian immigrants in Brazilian healthcare
based on an integrative review of 28 scientific articles. Barriers related to the lack of
specific policies for immigrants and financial investments to qualify for services were
evident, as well as linguistic and cultural barriers that limit the reception of immigrants.
Universal access does not guarantee the inclusion of immigrants in the SUS.
