Resumo
[pt] Este artigo propõe analisar, argumentativamente, o discurso institucional sobre o Reassentamento Involuntário Urbano no âmbito do Programa de Saneamento Ambiental, Macrodrenagem e Recuperação de Igarapés e Margens do Rio Parauapebas (Prosap) veiculado pela Prefeitura de Parauapebas, no Pará, em seu portal de informações e serviços na internet. A partir das perspectivas teóricas de Chaïm Perelman e Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca (2005), José Luiz Fiorin (2020), Ruth Amossy (2020), Mikhail Bakhtin (2016) e Patrick Charaudeau (2018), promovemos um estudo sobre o jogo discursivo presente nos proferimentos para o consenso em torno dos possíveis benefícios gerados com a implementação do programa em 2020.
Resumo
[en] This article proposes to argumentatively analyze the institutional discourse on
Involuntary Urban Resettlement within the scope of the Environmental Sanitation,
Macrodrainage and Recovery of Streams and Margins of the Parauapebas River
Program (Prosap) disseminated by the City Hall of Parauapebas, in Pará, on its
information and services portal on the internet. Based on the theoretical perspectives
of Chaïm Perelman and Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca (2005), José Luiz Fiorin (2020), Ruth
Amossy (2020), Mikhail Bakhtin (2016) and Patrick Charaudeau (2018), we promote
a study on the discursive game present in the statements for consensus around the
possible benefits generated by the implementation of the program in 2020.
