[pt] A atual crise do capital responde a uma crise estrutural muito mais profunda do que as crises cíclicas que o capitalismo apresentou no passado. Seus desdobramentos estão circunscritos a outras crises, indo além da econômica, como a ambiental, a política, a sanitária e a crise migratória. Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir os deslocamentos forçados e a crise estrutural do capital na sociedade contemporânea, bem como seus impactos na América Latina e a emergência dos direitos humanos na região.
Resumo
[en] The current crisis of capital responds to a structural crisis which is more accentuated
than the cyclical crises that capitalism presented in the past. Its consequences are
circumscribed toother crises other than the economic one, such as the environmental, political, health and migratory crisis. This article aims to present a discussion on
forced displacements and the structural crisis of capital in contemporary society and
its impacts on Latin America, as well as the emergence of human rights in the region.
