[pt] A Carta Encíclica Laudato Si, do Papa Francisco, pretende atingir não só os fiéis católicos, mas a todos os que, de alguma maneira, se incomodam com a situação predatória dos bens naturais e querem cultivar uma consciência crítica e transformadora do Planeta terra. Numa releitura, após dez anos da publicação da Carta, este ensaio tem como objetivo confrontar e analisar os obstáculos e avanços em relação aos impactos: 1) atentar para alguns problemas que passam desapercebidos devido aos hábitos exploratórios e consumistas; 2) centralizar as reflexões do Papa Francisco que, à luz da Sagrada Escritura e da tradição teológica da Igreja, ilumina e aprofunda melhor a relação: ser humano, Deus e criação; 3) ressaltar atitudes de solidariedade e cuidado, apontadas pela Encíclica, que sejam conscientes e transformadoras. A Laudato Si, após uma década, continua atual, pois traz reflexões, debates e soluções práticas à nossa casa comum.

[en] The Encyclical Letter Laudato Si, by Pope Francis, aims to reach not only Catholic faithful, but all those who, in some way, are bothered by the predatory situation of natural resources and want to cultivate a critical and transformative awareness of Planet Earth. In a rereading, ten years after the publication of the Letter, this essay aims to confront and analyze the obstacles and advances in relation to the impacts: 1) pay attention to some problems that go unnoticed due to exploitative and consumerist habits; 2) to focus on the reflections of Pope Francis who, in the light of Sacred Scripture and the theological tradition of the Church, enlighten us to deepen and improve the relationship between human beings, God and creation; 3) to emphasize attitudes of solidarity and care, pointed out by the Encyclical, which are conscious and transformative. Laudato Si, after a decade, remains current, as it brings reflections, debates and practical solutions to our common home.
