[pt] Este trabalho investiga os fatores que contribuem para o sucesso dos
canais de transmissão ao vivo de jogos online na plataforma Twitch, sob a
perspectiva dos usuários brasileiros. A pesquisa se concentra em
compreender as preferências, comportamentos e motivações dos usuários,
visando identificar padrões e tendências que possam impactar as
estratégias das empresas interessadas em promover seus produtos e
serviços nesse ambiente. O estudo aborda o contexto da Twitch, apresenta
o problema de pesquisa, a metodologia utilizada e os resultados obtidos,
culminando na busca por insights valiosos para o mercado nacional de
streaming de jogos eletrônicos.
Resumo
[en] This study investigates the factors contributing to the success of live
streaming channels of online games on the Twitch platform, from the
perspective of Brazilian users. The research focuses on understanding the
preferences, behaviors, and motivations of users, aiming to identify patterns
and trends that may impact the strategies of companies interested in
promoting their products and services in this environment. The study
addresses the context of Twitch, presents the research problem, the
methodology used, and the results obtained, culminating in the search for
valuable insights for the national market of electronic gaming streaming.
